Shilpa has worked at West End Playgroup since 2013. Shilpa's role as Pastoral Care Lead means that she has a special focus on the Personal, Social and Emotional needs of the children. Shilpa is an expert in behaviour management strategies and her soothing and calm manner is a great asset in this regard.
